Unfriendly Personal, aircondition Out of Order, no possibility to Open the Windows, No fresh Air Inside the rooms or the floor etc.

I had very positive days staying at this hip new hotel. Everything was great here - charming staff and elegant rooms. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, an excellent soundproofing and soundproof windows.

Brilliant hotel with a casual restaurant and very good staff. Nice swimming pool area and amazing breakfast with an astronomical amount and beer and wine. Excellent, wonderful location in commonly accessible or public areas.

There where modern rooms with comfortable beds, the usual services, as example. Coffee/tea making machines and glassware worked well. The location was marvellous and brilliant for exploring Frankfurt am Main.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with a huge variety of food. The room offered exceptional views of the sea. The location is marvelous, really close to two train stations and two airport terminals. The overall food was nice, with Kaefer's Bistro in the vicinity.

We greatly enjoyed this place and yummy food.

The location was incredible, not far from the airport with access to the local, the airport station and the train station, and the tower that is still in use. In our double room there was a good view of the sea.

Thoroughly enjoyed this quiet and wonderful accommodation with incredible staff at Check-in and Check-out. Its location was central, close to The Squaire. There was a great restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

This place offers lovely sea views, making our stay enjoyable 🌊. The free Wi-Fi here is fast, allowing us to stay connected with ease. Service was prompt and efficient during our visit.

The service was superb, and the room was modern and functional, complete with nice bathrooms and all required amenities. The hotel is in a beautiful area, centrally located adjacent to a bridge that leads directly into Terminal 1, a tunnel, and the train station. The price was also reasonable.

Clean, spectacular hotel with accommodating and pleasant staff with a very cheery manner. Marvellous and brilliant setting, close enough to terminal, key Frankfurt sights from the airport and the airport-bridge. Also, in temporary quarters.

Fairly clean and wonderful property with enjoyable American breakfasts and incredible staff. Great location for Frankfurt am Main, not far from terminal one as well as the DB train station and Frankfurt airport. Silent, soundproof room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Magnificent, fantastic location in the \tavern restaurant there. Based really close to the international airport, and Terminal 2. Sports bar, new-fashioned and functional room with coffees below standard, a 30 year old bathroom, comfortable bed.

Not so friendly staff!

We truly enjoyed this wonderful hotel with really good and very polite stuff at Check-in and Check-out. The location in a nice area was great and brilliant and there where a supermarket and convenience stores nearby. There was a casual restaurant nearby.

As people who love karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find that the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center offered both. The karaoke room was a blast, and the casino provided hours of entertainment.

We felt very happy with our stay, no complaints.
